💙 Farewell to Our Amazing Alana – and Exciting Opportunities Ahead! 💙
It’s bittersweet news for us at TLC, our incredible Practice Manager, Alana, will soon be moving on to her next chapter.
Alana has been such a beautiful part of our practice, exemplifying leadership, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to TLC. She’s juggled the ever-demanding role of Practice Manager; while studying at university (and absolutely smashing it!); aswell as working remotely since moving interstate; with grace, growth, and a calm sense of humour that keeps our team grounded.
From building amazing relationships with referrers and clients, navigating client health needs, to the day-to-day of leading and supporting our team, Alana has done it all with unmatched efficiency, wit, and enthusiasm. She’s wise beyond her years, our “TLC Google” with unparalleled organisational knowledge, and is someone who makes every team member, client and referrer feel included, valued, and supported. 💙
Alana has been working very closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities whilst we recruit for a new Practice Manager. In true Alana fashion, she is thoroughly and thoughtfully ensuring the team and our next practice manager are set up for success, to allow us all to continue delivering the amazing support and service that TLC is known for.
We’re going to miss her dearly, and will be savoring the remaining weeks we have with Alana at the helm, and we know that feeling will be share by everyone who has come to know and love Alana over the past 5 years.
Next, we're on the lookout for another passionate, organised, and people-focused leader to step into this important role.
