❄️Cold toes? It might be chilblains!❄️

Winter is here, and so are those pesky red, itchy, swollen spots on your toes or fingers - sound familiar?

👣Chilblains are caused by poor circulation and rapid changes in temperature. They’re common in cold weather, especially if your feet go from cold ➡️ warm too quickly (hello, heater + bare feet!).

Who’s at risk?
* People with poor circulation
* Outdoor workers
* Kids and elderly
* Raynaud’s sufferers

💡Podiatry tip:
* Keep feet warm (not hot!)
* Avoid walking barefoot on cold floors
* Moisturise to improve skin condition
* Seek help early to avoid ulceration or infection

Merry Christmas! From my family to yours, I’d like to wish all of my amazing clients and their loved ones a holiday season filled with joy, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos (because, let’s face it, that’s what makes it memorable!).

A huge thank you to our wonderful community for your unwavering support. You’ve been our cheerleaders through the ups and downs of running a business and juggling family life. We’ve done our best to give back, and we’re excited for the changes ahead in 2025—hopefully, ones that require less coffee!

Tuesdays 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays 9:30am - 4:30pm

Occasionally we may be open at different times to accommodate special services such as nail surgeries or urgent care.
