🌸 Compassion in people is very underestimated. It can be the kindest gesture of showing someone compassion that can change their life and help heal.

Most people don’t understand what they can’t physically see and create fear around it. Why? Why not go out of your way to learn more about it instead of being afraid… Happiness is lost and fear wins. 🤔

I’ve come to have more faith in the things I cannot physically see and to trust in the things I FEEL & KNOW in my heart above anything else. I choose happiness.

If you allow fear to take hold it takes you down a rabbit hole that you will never find your way out of.
Until you stop and make a better choice.

GRIEF: How long do you think grief should last? 🤔

REALITY: It lasts forever…we just learn how to cope to keep moving forward until it’s our turn to go🌸

When my husband passed my whole world felt like it stopped, within the first week I had people (including family) tell me to get up and get on with my life again! I understand now looking back they thought they were helping, but ALLOWING a person as much time as needed to grieve is so important…

All we really need to do is ‘hold space’ for them while they deal with their grief. Let them know they are supported and that you are there for them in whatever way is needed ❤️ That might mean bringing them something nourishing to eat, give them a hug, allow them to cry, or even just to listen…

That is true love, true compassion and true caring❤️

✨Soul contracts , the agreements our souls make are one of the most fascinating and mysterious parts of our spiritual journey. The idea is simple: before incarnating, our soul chooses certain experiences and connections that will support our growth and evolution.

Nothing in our incarnation is random. We choose our life circumstances and the people we meet along the way ,parents, partners, friends, and even those who challenge us all as part of these agreements. Some of these contracts are connected to karma, helping us finish old lessons or break repeating patterns from past lives.

Even the place we’re born into, the family we arrive in, and the society around us can be part of this plan. Some souls choose harder paths to develop strength, compassion, or empathy. Others choose more supportive environments to learn responsibility, generosity, or deeper forms of love.

What makes soul contracts so profound is that we usually don’t remember them. It’s only later, when we wake up spiritually, that we start noticing how certain moments or people were part of a much bigger design. When we reconnect with our soul’s purpose, everything begins to make sense ,even the painful parts.

Soul contracts don’t take away our free will. They simply set the stage. How we move through those experiences… that’s entirely up to us.

Seeing life through this lens brings a completely different perspective. Our struggles stop looking like accidents, and instead become opportunities for growth and understanding. Sometimes all it takes is shifting our view to see the lesson that’s been there all along.🩵

🌸 If you had the choice to change things in your life - What would you choose to do differently next time around?

For me:
✔️I’d trust myself more at an earlier age
✔️ be more gentle with myself
✔️ find the people that love me for me sooner
✔️ know that it’s okay to make a mistake

But then on the flipside if I didn’t experience the journey, I have lived so far I wouldn’t be who I am today - and even though I’m very hard on her I love who I am fully - Wriggles, jiggles, bumps, stretch marks, wrinkles, grey hair and all 🙌 🥰 it all makes up ME 🙂
