After an amazing 6 years of trading as first Inner Healing Wellness Centre and then rebranding as Fire Woman Healing the time as come to say goodbye😍.
The universe sets the timeframe for us and I've always listened....from quitting my job at Heritage Bank in 2019 to embark on a whole new lifestyle of Pilates and alternate healing, to setting up my beautiful wellness centre and meeting the most amazing people along the way, to moving back to the coast...the call to return home was very strong...to my support work taking a surprising turn where I now specialise in supporting level 4 dementia clients, to rebranding earlier this year and now the decision to retire 30th September next year.
I'm now 6 months older than my mum was when she passed and I intend to keep living life to the fullest for her.
My future is not all mapped out yet...divine timing😎....but this stage is amazing.
So it's goodbye for now.

Before patriarchal times, Friday the 13th was considered the day of the Goddess. This was a day to worship the Divine Feminine that lives in us all. A day to honour the cycles of creation, death and rebirth. Friday the 13th was originally considered a very powerful day.

I have 15 years of Pilates love and am a Matwork Pilates Instructor. Healing is in my blood. Holistic and alternative medicine is always an option in your health journey. Energy healing is a powerful healing tool. I am a Reiki Master, Flower Therapy Healer, Source Healer and a Crystal Healer.
