This year, I’ve had the honour of holding space for ;
🌼16 couples
🌼Hosted two birth worker gatherings
🌼Created our first ever hypnobirthing community gathering
🌼Hosted 10 new podcast episodes.

It’s been an incredible year doing work I truly love.

To every family who trusted me to be part of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey — thank you. It is such a privilege to walk alongside you during such a deeply transformative time 🤍

To the incredible pregnancy, birth, and postpartum workers who joined me in circle — thank you. It’s a gift to connect, work alongside you, refill our cups, and support one another. I’m so looking forward to many more gatherings together.

To the families who attended our first-ever hypnobirthing gathering — thank you for such an amazing turnout. It’s something I absolutely intend to hold every single year ✨

And to the podcast… thank you to every guest who appeared this year and in years past, and to every listener. In 2025 we celebrated 15,000 downloads and 40 episodes, and I’m so grateful for this community.
