Just like the tides respond to the moon, so do we; physically, emotionally, energetically. The cycles of the moon, the seasons, the sunrise and sunset, they all invite us to slow down, soften, and come back to our natural rhythm.

When we lose touch with nature, we lose touch with ourselves.
But when we listen, really listen, to the earth, to the wind, to our breath…

Did you know that locking your knees can actually weaken your posture?
Many of us were taught to “stand up straight” by snapping our knees back—but this can create strain through the hips and lower back, leading to degeneration over time.
