I wasn’t a bad mum, I was overwhelmed 🫣

I really thought it was me.

That I needed to do more.
That I needed to be like that mum over there..
That I was getting it wrong.

But I wasn’t.

I was exhausted.
Overstimulated.
Taking on too much… for too long.. and not asking for support.. EVER🤦‍♀️

And then when school / kindy holidays arrived and everything seemed even harder.

More noise.
More demands.
Less space.

Of course I was reacting faster
Of course I was edgy

Because I had nothing left in the tank.. running on empty.

This is exactly why I created this.

So you don’t walk into the holidays already at your limit…
and then wonder why it all feels messy..

I am showing you how I regulate and cope when things get messy.. because that always happens.. it’s just how you handle it that matters..
