Fitness wasn’t built for my nephew, Dan. So we rebuilt it for him.

For a long time, the fitness industry has treated people with disabilities as an afterthought. You’ve probably seen it: the "modified" workout that’s tucked away in a corner, or the "inclusive" gym that’s actually anything but.

When I watched Dan struggle to find a place where he truly belonged, I realised that "adapting" old systems wasn't enough. We needed something designed from the ground up for the disability community.

That’s why we built Able Digital Wellness.

We aren't a generic healthcare provider trying to do fitness. We are a high-energy, co-designed wellness platform that meets you exactly where you are: in your living room, in your back yard or wherever you are comfortable, on your schedule.

What makes us different?

Designed, not Adapted: From seated boxing to sensory-friendly yoga, our sessions are built for specific needs, not just "tweaked" for them.

The 150-Minute Goal: We’re here to help you hit your 150 minutes of weekly movement with classes that are actually fun to show up for.

Always On: No more waiting for a support worker or driving to a local PT. If you’ve got 20 minutes, we’ve got a class ready for you.

We've created a subscription based an online community that focuses on improving the lives of those with a disability. Exercise and personal wellbeing is at the heart of how we do that, but bringing people together (even if we are apart sometimes) is what makes that heart beat.
