What does a treatment look like? ~ First of all, every treatment looks different, as every person is unique and every day is different, too. 😜

However, most of the time, we will have some tea and a chat about what is going on in your life, encompassing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, as they are all interrelated. ✨

Then we move on to a physical assessement which shows me where your body and energy flow are at.

In the treatment itself, I will use a variety of manuel therapy techniques and Foot Reflexology Therapy to facilitate your own healing and realignment.
At the same time, the treatment will be held on the Vibrationbed itself, so that you benefit from the Vibro-Acoustic Therapy. 💫

If you wish to do a Vibrationbed only treatment, we will have a chat on what your needs are that day and you will simply lay on the comfortable with the headphones on and enjoy the Vibro-Acoustic Journey.

We always end with a conversation about your experience and what you can do yourself at home while enjoying a complimentary home-made blissball, made with love, to help ground you after a deep dive within yourself. 🌹

What to expect from a FREEFLOW dance night?

~ A warm welcome by being saged & hugged 🤗
~ An intimate group of like minded people that have been creating a little dance community over the last year
~ A beautiful space in nature to freely dance 💃🏻
~ A sound journey of 1-1.5 hours of ecstatic dance music - different every time, but usually a mix of shamanic, house, tribal, electro swing or pop 🪩
I will offer guidance during the dance, too, to encourage full letting goooo
~ Soundhealing experience at the end - time to relax & let everything you have moved in your body settle & integrate
~ Time to connect with each other, share your experience, while enjoying warm tea & home made snacks 🧁

Excited to announce that from next week on, I will be giving Osteopathic Treatments with Vibration Healing in a new treatment space in Burleigh 🎉

I assume you know what Osteopathy is (if not, feel free to ask & I will make a post on it soon).
But what is Vibration Healing, you might ask?

As Tesla stated “if you want to know the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency & vibration”.

We are energetic beings, vibrating on specific frequencies. ✨
On a quantum level we are spaciousness, more than just matter, ever changing, ever evolving. What this means is that we can change anything & everything in our lives, from physical to mental to emotional dis-ease. It just depends on what frequency we are living by. Are we in the vibration of fear or love? 💗
These frequencies can be measured (check out Joe Dispenza) & there is a multitude of scientific evidence showing the effects of certain states of being on your body mind spirit. 🌈

Another fact is that we are resonant beings. That’s why you feel good when you are around people that are happy, why specific music will make you feel energized or why meditation/singing/dancing/journaling etc changes your state of being. You are tuning into a specific frequency. 💫
Knowing this gives you the power to consciously choose these high vibrations, activating your self-healing capabilities.

The treatments I am offering combine osteopathic elements on a Vibrationbed. This new technology works on the premise of what I just described. The Vibrationbed is connected to music that is attuned to healing frequencies, creating vibratory sensations in your body through sound. Imagine sound-healing but with the special effect of your body literally vibrating to the sound.
