https://www.facebook.com/groups/macromikecommunity WHO IS MACRO MIKE?

5 years ago when I first started baking gluten free, macro and vegan friendly treats, I took the best quality whole foods from every corner of the world and relentlessly experimented with one simple goal. My quest was to take those ‘naughty’ foods the fat kid inside us craves, the un-macro friendly foods, often containing gluten or dairy and completely transform how we view and consume food for the better. MY MISSION

My mission is to give back to anyone who feels they have ever had to restrict themselves from food; the most glorious natural resource we have on this planet. I will not stop until I get this product out there to as many people as humanly possible, continuously striving to improve people’s nutritional intake and reduce their cravings that spike from these restrictions.

Double Choc Easter Blondies🐰🍫🌸

The Easter drop we’ve all been waiting for is BACK🍫✨

I turned @‌macr0mike’s White Choc Malt Easter Egg Protein into the fudgiest, most chocolate-loaded Double Choc Easter Blondies… and they did NOT disappoint🤎

130g unsalted butter (or Nuttelex)
150g brown sugar
1 egg (or 1 flax egg)
½ tbsp vanilla bean paste
100g all-purpose flour
40g @‌macr0mike White Choc Malt Easter Egg Almond Protein
¼ tsp baking powder
1 bag chocolate mini eggs, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Add brown sugar and whisk until combined. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk again until smooth.
Stir in flour, protein powder and baking powder until just combined.
Fold through chopped mini eggs (save a few for the top).
Pour into lined tin, spread evenly and scatter remaining mini eggs on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until slightly golden on top but still soft in the centre.
Let cool completely (pop in the fridge for extra fudgy vibes). Slice and enjoy🤎

Perfect for Easter entertaining… or just eating straight from the fridge🐣🍫

Easter dessert, but make it a little extra 👀🐣

These ‘cheesecake’ filled Easter eggs are a new favourite little treat and they’re ridiculously easy to make.

What you’ll need:
🤍 1 scoop White Choc Pistachio Easter Egg protein
🥣 3-4 tbsp yoghurt
🐣 1 hollow Easter egg (split into halves)
🍪 Crushed biscuits
🍫 White chocolate drizzle
💚 Crushed pistachios

Just mix the protein and yoghurt together until smooth, spoon it into the Easter egg halves, then top with the biscuits, white chocolate and pistachios.

Creamy, crunchy, chocolatey… honestly giving full dessert vibes while still being super simple.

The White Chocolate Pistachio Easter Egg protein is a special Easter release and it works perfectly for things like this because it gives that sweet, nutty cheesecake flavour without needing a long list of ingredients.

Proof that festive treats can still be easy, fun and a little bit nourishing too 🤍🐰

🐣 EASTER PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 🍫

Suitable 24+ months* 👶🏼 Makes 8

These are such a simple little treat to have on hand for this Easter. They are rich, chocolatey and have that classic peanut butter centre with a protein boost for the adults (see notes for swaps when making for littles*).

INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
2/3 cup of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of Macro Mike - Clean Treats® White Choc Pistachio Easter Egg Almond Protein (sub with almond or oat flour for little ones)

Chocolate coating:
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional to decorate:
20g vegan white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup pistachios, very finely crushed

HOW TO:
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder until a thick dough forms.
Divide into 8 portions and shape into small discs or balls, gently shaping to an egg shape. Place onto a lined tray and freeze until firm ~10 mins.
In a small bowl, stir together the cacao powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth.
Remove the filling from the freezer and dip each piece into the chocolate to coat. Let excess drip off, then place back onto the lined tray and quickly sprinkle over crushed pistachios before the chocolate sets.
Freeze for 5 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
Drizzle with the optional melted vegan white chocolate and enjoy!

NOTES:
Store in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to 2 months. Enjoy cold.
To make these suitable for the kids, sub the protein powder with almond or oat flour.
