"Today I spoke with Sue about why she makes time for her Bodicove visits.

For Sue it’s about having a growth mindset and to be a more balanced and positive person.Sue works in the service industry this is how she can give her best to others.

We spoke about seeking out natural therapies to help with hormone changes, and how she makes health and wellness a priority to enhance her quality of life combining her Bodicove visits with Gym and Pilates.

We spoke of life challenges that make us really stop, become self aware to shift the path we’re on and for most people that’s usually something big that happens in their life. Sue calls this “ A Sign post on the highway of my life” I just loved this. We all have the ability to shift our path when something no longer serves us and surround ourselves with people that help us grow and become the best version of ourselves."
