HUGE weekend at !!!

We’re so grateful to have been invited back for our third year and to lead the warm-up each morning. Such an incredible way to start each day.

A massive thank you to our amazing assistants for all their support and everyone who came by our stall to get strapped, ask questions or just stopped by for a chat and a sticker. We love being part of a community that cares about performing well and looking after their bodies.

So proud of this superstar for taking out her Physie finals at the Sydney Opera House last year.

Big moment like that don’t happen by accident - they’re built on the weeks and months before hand. Constant training at , showing up for Physio when her body needed it, and putting in the work on the reformer to build strength, control and confidence.

It’s a privilege to be a part of your support team and to help keep you moving well so you can perform at your best. Here to everything you’ve done since then too, because the hard work doesn’t stop after the win.

There is something really special about watching a mum and daughter train together. Same artistry, different bodies, different needs and the same foundation: control, alignment, strength and consistency.

Reformer is one of our favourite cross-training tools for dancers because it helps:

〰️ strong turnout support (without forcing it)
〰️ pelvic and rib control for cleaner lines
〰️ glute + hamstring strength to balance
〰️ core endurance that carries into jumps, balance and pointe work

Honestly? It is also a reminder that movement is something you get to share, not just something you have to “perfect”.

If you are a dancer (or dance parent) wanting smarter strength training that supports technique and reduces injury risk, come try a class together!
