There is one thing on earth we all possess, a space we all inhabit. It's the first thing you are given and the last thing you leave. It can be shaped, sculpted, trained, tweaked, toned, sustained but never abandoned. It cannot be duplicated. It is wholly unique, wholly yours, yet only you can make it whole. It is complete and perfect, yet requires constant renovation. To maintain it you must move it. To restore it, it must rest it. It requires a balance of movement and stillness to survive. If you work it, it will work for you. Your relationship to this space will affect the quality of your experience on this planet. It is a space in which life shows up. It is your body. Your body is the space for you. We are the space for your body.

Whether you’re brand new to headstand/ Sirsasana or looking to refine your balance and explore playful leg variations, this workshop is your chance to deepen your practice in a safe and supportive space.
Together, we’ll build our foundation with a purposeful flow designed to strengthen, awaken focus, and body awareness — preparing you from the ground up for a confident and stable headstand.
You’ll learn essential alignment principles, practice different ways to enter and exit the pose, finding the technique that feels most natural and empowering in your own body.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with practical tools, renewed courage, and the confidence to incorporate headstands into your personal or studio practice. Step onto your mat ready to move through fear, rise with focus, and experience the world from a whole new perspective.

Join Tess for a deeply nourishing 3 hour immersion blending Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
This thoughtfully curated experience invites you to slow down, soften and reconnect with your inner stillness in a supportive & healing environment.
We’ll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga practice, where long-held poses gently target the deeper layers of the body - fascia, joints and connective tissue - helping to release habitual tension and enhance mobility.
From there, we’ll transition into soothing Restorative Yoga, using props to fully support the body in restful postures that promote deep relaxation and energetic restoration.
The immersion concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice of conscious rest that invites profound physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
This unique combination of Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra works synergistically to harmonise the body, reduce the chatter of the mind and leave you feeling grounded, replenished and renewed.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, all levels are warmly welcome.

꩜ NEW CLASS ꩜ Move + Melt 5pm Thursday with Kaleb.
We are always ready to adapt to the needs of the times + our students.
As we enter the end of the year we have noticed everyone feeling the need to use their practice as time to rest + restore.
So we have changed our 5pm Thursday class to Move + Melt.
A combination of our two signature stye practices Vinyasa Krama + Yin Yoga.
Be guided through steady flowing sequences creating inner heat + strength then softening into intentionally selected restorative postures to allow you to melt into the energy you created offering you a nourishing healing space within your own body.
The practice experienced on a physical, energetic, mental + spiritual level.
Kaleb always holds such a grounding space to allow you to experience a full body exhale. Join him to rest tomorrow 5pm.
