Hey My Loves, Well I just completed another water fast only this time I added a cup of Veggie Broth in the late afternoon.

For me I find it most beneficial for my body to access my thoughts, emotions and pain body activity without the distraction of food. This time also I added in a parasite Cleanse and Heavy Metal cleanse.

I found it to be enlightening and very cleansing. Day 3 was a little challenging but this also allows me to slow down. Energy is low yes but not the whole day. Day 4 I was on fire getting sh@t done and day 5 was great and ready to get back into food.

What this is helping me do is eat when my body is hungry, feel more connected to my body, not fuel it to work harder instead notice when it needs rest. This is vital for me so I do not hit burn out. Over time I will have trained my mind that I am is who is in control. I take the seat in my throne of the observer and take full responsibility for all my everything.

My wish is that you find this helpful as I am about sharing not teaching or preaching. My Practice in the studio is offering you a space for your own practice and to take your own seat in your throne of your temple. It takes practice.

I welcome you to the studio, to come and feel the peace and stillness that you alone can cultivate as we practice together and learn some principles that you can sharpen and wield them into your everyday life. Become the Master of self from Reactor to Responder.

The storms are back in Queensland for the weekend...
A surface trough through Southern inland QLD will fire up some storms this late afternoon mainly from St George, Roma to Jericho.
On Saturday a stronger surface trough will extend across the state from the North West, Central West to the Southern / South East inland areas. It will fire up a band of storms during the afternoon which will move east into the evening. Some likely severe - damaging winds up north plus isolated large hail cells in the south.
During Sunday the trough shifts east to be positioned along the east coast where showers and storms are expected.
