I absolutely cherish the moments when families reach out for group sound healing sessions!

To me, family is everything—it embodies joy, connection, and the comfort of knowing you’re in a safe, supportive space together.

When I found sound healing I was looking for a way to sleep through the night, and I have to say listening to to that frequency served me well, but do you know what else happened?

I was able to release a lot of anger that had been stored within my body, this was anger I never knew I had!

At the time I didn’t even realise sound was clearing my body of these stored emotions and in fact, I had no idea that’s what sound can do!
I just remember feeling really angry after listening to these sounds and each time I listened the anger began to subside. 👇

Fast forward to 7 years later and I now know how to clear the stored emotions of anger from the body, so you don’t have to feel how I felt!

Before sound healing I felt the pain within my jaw, shoulders, neck and hands (I would clench my hands tight)

I know my body feels lighter, my mind calmer and I have a sense of freedom like never before and when anger comes up I feel able to express it in a way which is good for me, this helps me feel brighter throughout my everyday life🧘

River Gums growing along the Standley Chasm walk can be heard sucking water up from underground aquifers providing them with much needed hydration.

The Sound can be heard better from the smaller, skinnier trunked trees rather than the larger trees and remind us of natures truest wonders!
