She described her as calm, gentle and incredibly supportive during what was a very vulnerable moment. *** felt safe, cared for and genuinely understood, which made a significant difference to her today.

I truly cannot express enough gratitude for the role your team played in this. These moments matter more than people realise, and your worker’s care had a real impact on *** wellbeing. We simply could not have made this happen without you.
