This is my Dad.
He worked outside for the better part of the last 40 years and always wore shorts which covered the top half of his legs but was pretty lax (never applied) at wearing sunscreen.
When I was younger, I remember him always having such a great tan.
That tan doesn’t look so great now. Also, now that he has other health issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, he gets flare ups and it has also only made his skin more fragile given the amount of sun damage he has.
This is a gentle reminder that prevention is better than cure.
Always wear an SPF 50+ and reapply throughout the day every 4 hours, particularly if you’re outside.
