✨ EAT // MOVE // RISE ✨

She used to wake up already feeling behind.

Reaching for coffee to get through the morning.

Grabbing whatever was easy, then feeling guilty after.

Avoiding movement because there was no goal, no ‘why’, no foundation.

Stuck in the cycle of “starting over Monday.”

She wanted change—but the thought of overhauling everything felt impossible.

That’s when she stepped into EAT // MOVE // RISE.

🌱 EAT – Instead of obsessing over calories, she learned how to fuel her body with meals that left her energised (and still included her favourite foods).
🏋️ MOVE – Movement became a celebration of strength, not a punishment for what she ate. She started to look forward to training because it made her feel powerful.

My non-negotiables (they change each week depending on my priorities and my check in)

1. Stick to the plan.
2. Cardio.
3. Recovery/Sleep.

Life can be chaos. We can have the best planned day and the best intentions and at the drop of a hat, we need to adjust.

Take it from a first time mumma running a business, working full time, in comp prep and trying (my hardest) to keep a household functioning and be present ❤️

There are things I just have to let go. Each day.

Set some non negotiables WITHIN your control and do them Every. Damn. Day.

You’re only wasting your own time and that’s the most precious thing you have in this world 🌍
