New Year Pilates Program :)
We are running a 6 week program beginning the 13th of January.
This program will be discounted for one time only as it is our first one. So come join us be it regaining back your fitness, helping with posture, wanting some flexibility or looking to tone muscle.
We will be offering classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with an occasional Sunday stretch class (optional add on).
2 classes per week per person and some free nutritional handouts to ensure you are fuelling your body for exercise.
