AAYDS is on the look out for more staff with the care factor to join our client teams.
(We build support teams, matched by experience and personality, not just send out whatever worker is available)
We offer-consistent shifts with regular clients, we work around your availability and encourage work/life balance, we provide each worker training to suit our individual clients needs, provide support and ongoing training to our staff and pay above award wages.
Requirements-
Min cert 3, studying or willing to obtain
Ndis module
Blue card
Ndis screening card or willing to obtain
First Aid/CPR
Current police check
Licence and safe, clean vehicle with insurance
Phone with wifi for workers app

Most importantly-
THE CARE FACTOR AND JOY FOR THE JOB!

Non negotiable- min 2 covid shots and yearly flu shot

Please note, AAYDS enforces participant choice and control and although it is no longer gov mandated, our clients are still requesting staff have the min 2 vaccinations. Regardless of if i agree or not, i will always supply what the clients request, although i would happily hire non vac workers, i would be unable to offer them shifts at this stage.
