Hoping your first week back at school has been an easy transition out of holiday mode! We took a short family holiday over the school break but are back to appointments now :) Did you know we offer in-school appointments? We liaise with numerous schools in the Moreton Bay region and pending your school's policies we can provide Behaviour Therapy sessions to your child at their school during school time. A few months ago we were very lucky to be invited to Brumby Life Skills to experience the beautiful therapy horses! We had to work as a team to guide the horses around the course, while Stephanie coached the kids in self confidence and assertiveness. Was great seeing the kids confidence grow as the horses responded! Would highly recommend these sessions 😊

Why not create a calm corner at home these holidays? Providing your child with a small, safe space allows them to self-regulate, build their emotional intelligence and teaches children that unpleasant emotions are normal.
