Just because something shows up on a scan… doesn’t mean it’s the problem.

🧠 Studies show that many people WITHOUT pain still have:
➡️ Disc bulges
➡️ Rotator cuff tears
➡️ Knee meniscus damage

✅ Imaging is a useful tool—but it’s only one piece of the puzzle.

Christmas message from EP Jonie 🎄

How to stay on track over the Christmas period and not completely ruin your progress:

🍏 Try and stay as active as you can during this time, play with the kids, swim, go for a Christmas morning walk, play cricket on Christmas Day

🍎 If you’re having a few drinks stick to low calorie beer or spirits with soda water to lessen the calories

🍐Choose healthy options most of the time with a few treats included

🍊Eat enough protein on Christmas Day

🫐 Don’t snack, stick to Christmas lunch/dinner and one serve of dessert

🍇 If you do blow it, forget it and get back on track the next day.

🍉 Avoid unhealthy leftovers

🍌 Merry Christmas and enjoy this time with family and friends!

Do you suffer from vertigo? Does it happen a few times per year? Does your head position trigger episodes? And are you left feeling nauseous and groggy?😵‍💫🥴

If so, you may have something called BPPV. This is a fairly common type of vertigo, and fortunately very easy to diagnose and treat.
Don’t wait for it to pass, seek advice and treatment from your physiotherapist 🙌🏼
