Even if you’re chilling indoors with the AC on, your body can still get pretty thirsty. Staying hydrated is extra important in this kind of weather — especially if you want to avoid headaches, dry skin or feeling fatigued.

💧 Tip: Keep a bottle or glass of water handy. Sip regularly throughout the day — even if you don’t feel thirsty.
✅ Bonus: Add a slice of lemon or cucumber to make it more refreshing!
