One of the most common questions I’m asked is “How do I book a treatment?”
I don’t use an online booking system — you can simply message me here on Facebook and we’ll organise a time together. I’m a small, one-person, home-based business and I love keeping things simple, personal, and human 🤍
Availability
• Monday–Friday: 10am–2pm
• Saturdays: 10:30am–5pm
Pricing
• 30 minutes – $50
• 60 minutes – $90
• 90 minutes – $130
• 2 hours – $170
Treatments offered
Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Remedial — or a fully customised treatment combining firm and relaxation, tailored to your body and needs.
Complimentary Reiki is also available with any treatment if you would like to include it ✨
Your session begins with a complimentary herbal tea and magnesium foot soak during your consultation. Because I work from home, I space appointments apart so you always receive your full treatment time and never feel rushed.
Freshly laundered towels are used for every client. You can choose between essential oils or unscented hypoallergenic oils, and crystals are incorporated during Reiki treatments.

Whats your favourite Crystal, and Why? Drop your response in the comments and feel free to share a photo of your favourite Crystal. My favourite Crystal that I feel drawn to is Sunstone in its rough unpolished state. It feels nice in my hand, the colour is delicate, warm and soothing, and it has such a fun, playful, childlike energy about it. I use Sunstone a lot when I do energy work. My go too's are often Sunstone, selenite, Black obsidian, rose quartz, clear quartz and Amethyst. I would love to hear about your favourite Crystal 💎🪨🩵

I’ll be returning to massage on January 3rd. My hours will look a little different this year.
January hours:
Monday–Wednesday: 9:30am–4:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am–5:00pm
From February onwards:
Monday–Friday: 10am–2:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am–5:00pm

If you get headaches, or have tension throughout your neck, head and shoulders, then this is the Treatment for you. Usually $90, currently $75 for an hour. I still have availability this Saturday 6th of September. Send a message to secure your preferred time.

🌺 Announcement 🌺

Hello everyone 👋
I am just letting you know that I will be slowing down bookings at the end of September as I will be having a surgery done on my ankle that will be keep me off my feet for a couple of months. I will continue to do headache relief and foot massage treatments as I can be seated for those, but I won't be able to offer reiki or full body massage until my ankle heals. If you would like a reiki or massage treatment between now and then, please book in as soon as you can to ensure you get your preferred date and time. I will be available until the 25th of September and will ease back into head and foot treatments mid-October. Thank you for your patience. 🌻💕

Sometimes life gets tough, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to. White Cloud is an incredible over the phone counselling service that offers 6 free sessions for short-term help or to assist during the time you may have to wait for a Gp psychology referral to come through. You can self refer online through the link I have provided. I have used this service for myself and do highly recommend it to anyone who feels low or needs someone to talk to. 💕✨️
