Finally getting round to posting about the new artwork in the cabin...that I have meant to get for ages 🙈 Just to prove that Therapists are human too!
I reference both of these images a lot in sessions as I believe they are great ways to understand how we can move forward.
Small steps and get the basics in place is key to progress 💜

Our next menopause cafe is this Thursday 15th January from 7-8.30pm.

We are going to be talking about ways to beat the winter blues or the summer blues or the feel like they’re never ending blues!

Anxiety and depression can be a major symptom of menopause and can make normal life feel like an uphill struggle. It can be even more difficult this time of year. Fiona of Purple Couch Therapy is going to talk about some small and simple things we can to help ourselves through the colder, darker months.

Are you ready for 2026?
After a couple of weeks away, I really am ready to welcome back my lovely clients 🥰

I always end the year with a visit to the beach to see the grey seals, it's become my way to reflect and let go of the year's baggage! 2025 was no different and I took some time to appreciate how much Purple Couch has grown, started the Menopause Cafe with the lovely Nana's ladies & decided I too need a good dose of self care 🤭

I am so very proud and hugely privileged to do this work.
I thank everyone who has stepped into their journey with me or even just reached out, you are absolutely amazing 💜
