P Fortunately that stayed with me all my life.

I created this page to support the sense of community for all the people, who found their way to our beautiful studio on the lovely South Coast. This page will keep you informed about things of interest for Yoga and healthy life style and about events. I do Yoga, because it makes my life better and I truly enjoy sharing it with others and hope, that it will make their life better. When i was a child, my mother taught us kids the basic yoga poses and practiced with us every day . Living on Maui, Hawai'i, for 20 years sparked the passion for it. During the 90s Maui was a hub for the increasing popularity of yoga in the West, and I found myself surrounded by fantastic teachers and yoga history in the making. Spending combined time of 6 years in India deepened the experience. Now I live at Dolphin Point, loving the area and the South Coast lifestyle........and if you haven't been to the studio yet, come and join us for some yoga.......

The Vinyasa style Yoga synchronises breath and movement through flowing sequences of postures, cultivating breath awareness, physical well-being and inner stillness. During my life I had the opportunity to study with great teachers, as Pattabhi Jois, Nicki Doane, Eddie Modestini, Helena Berg, Marc StPierre and many more.
