The festive season is well and truly underway at Roshana Dryandra!

Our residents at our Dryandra facility have been busy helping transform our home into a Christmas wonderland. With boxes of decorations open and merrily lit christmas trees, everyone came together to hang place ornaments and colourful garments, adding a personal touch to every corner of Dryandra.

What made the day truly special was the sense of teamwork and joy that filled the room. Laughter, conversations, and the exciting anticipation of the coming Christmas season made the whole experience feel magical.

What an impactful day at the Armadale Community Disability Expo.

A special highlight was meeting Western Australia’s first Dementia Assistance Dog , a beautiful reminder of how innovation is reshaping the way we support people living with cognitive decline.

We connected with families, carers, and participants who shared honest insights about today’s NDIS environment, many hopeful, many navigating its complexity, and all seeking clarity and genuine support. Events like this play a vital role in bridging that gap.

By being present, listening, and engaging with the community, Roshana Care continues to advocate for transparent, person-centred services that truly align with everyone’s goals.

A New Chapter for Lerwin Residential Care — Welcome to Roshana Care Group!

We’re pleased to share that Roshana Care Group has officially acquired Lerwin Residential Care from the Rural City of Murray Bridge, securing the long-term future of this much-loved community facility.

This transition marks an exciting step forward as we continue providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents and supporting the dedicated team at Lerwin. Roshana Care is committed to maintaining Lerwin’s strong community spirit while enhancing services and ensuring the highest standards of wellbeing.

The Rural City of Murray Bridge has reached an agreement with specialist aged care provider, Roshana Care, for the sale of Lerwin Residential Care.

What an incredible day for Roshana NDIS at the Joondalup NDIS Expo!

Organised by Disability Events Community (DEC), the expo brought together 69 providers and over 300 attendees, and the energy was high from start to finish.

Our team had meaningful conversations with almost everyone who passed by. Many were surprised to learn that Roshana isn’t just aged care, we offer a holistic range of care services, including strong interest in our Support Coordination and broader NDIS supports.

It wasn’t just participants who stopped by, the day was full of valuable inter-agency networking, opening doors to future collaborations across the sector.

A new chapter of care, comfort, and community begins here.

Since 2017, The Roshana Care Group has facilitated the annual transfer and sharing of expertise between Edith Cowan University and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka.

Initially the Dean of the School of Medical & Health Science accompanied by six senior members of staff, some of whom are world renowned Professors in their respective fields spent two weeks in Colombo analysing the performance capacity of Sri Lanka’s National Team and Junior athletes seeking entry into the National Teams in various sports. Bar an interruption due to travel restrictions impacted by COVID, students have spent between two weeks and two months in each others’ countries on these study tours and have established productive collaboration.

This year, the 16-member team had the opportunity of getting an insight into how Roshana Care Group has expanded its reach to cover almost all of Australia to cater to the needs of aged citizens, those with mental illness and other disadvantages that have befallen them.
