Thankyou to all who have donated to Darling Corners Movember Fund.
Our target was to raise $500 and we have smashed that and are currently sitting at just over $900.
The Mo's will be back for 2026 and we will be aiming to raise $1000 for mens health.

Movember, the month formerly known as November, is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year that raises funds and awareness for men's health.

Exercise right. ✔️ Here are our tips to exercise the right way:
👉🏼 Understand your body’s limitations/change to capacity, and honour it to prevent injury
👉🏼 Pace it. Make it a lifestyle change, not a ‘quick fix’
👉🏼 Make sure you wear or use the correct equipment for your exercise (how old are your shoes?)
👉🏼 Warm up before and stretch after exercise
👉🏼 Start with low-grade exercises, such as walking or water aerobics regularly for 30 to 60 minutes - 3 times per week.
👉🏼 Increase your flexibility by strengthening - do this by practising movement such as tai chi
👉🏼 Enjoy it! The more you enjoy exercising, the more likely you are to stick with it and reach your personal goals.
