So I’m trying a new approach to keep the pesky snails off my veggies and it’s working!! 👏🏼👏🏼 I’m pumping the parsley as there’s never enough. Parsley is a pharmacy in a plant and such an amazing blood cleanser. Awesome for gout, arthritis etc. Grab a handful every morning!!

Ok….. you say you dont have time but hang on …. Welcome the morning smoothie!! 💕 I’ve timed myself. Five minutes tops! This is my go to for blood sugar balance, liver support, nutritional status, antioxidants, protein etc. Leaves me feeling confident I’m looking after myself and I’ve had my healthy fix for the day.
