Given the wet weather hasnβt quite disappeared just yet, today was a good day to stay inside & stock up the freezer stash with some pork & cabbage dumplings. These are a great, portion controlled high protein option for the soft food stage after bariatric surgery & beyond. They freeze well so you can just pull a couple out at a time, pop them in the steamer & dinner is done in under 20 minutes. I used a Thermomix recipe (will pop the recipe in the comments) but it could easily be converted to a manual recipe if you donβt have a Thermomix - just requires a bit more chopping! I also made life a bit easier & used gyoza wrappers from the local Asian supermarket just to save time. Great little project for the kids to help with in the school holidays too!!
