Thank you to everyone who attended the yoga and sound afternoon today. Thank you to the very talented Ann from Harmonic Sound Resonance for the soothing and grounding sounds. Thank you also to the The People Place Busselton for the lovely venue. It was a wonderful afternoon that left everyone feeling relaxed, calm and joyful. I'm so grateful to have been able to share this special afternoon with all of you. 💜

So grateful to have been a part of Busselton Mental Health Week again this year by teaching a free yoga class at The People Place Busselton. Thank you to all those who attended the class. It was fantastic to see students old and new and share a yoga practice with all of you. 🌼
