For those of you impacted by prostate cancer and the reverberations of its treatment, Tim Baker offers guidance for negotiating a path through treatment.

Best-selling surf writer Tim Baker was completely blindsided by an advanced prostate cancer diagnosis at the age of 50. Join him at Busselton Library this coming Monday the 15th for this intimate, raw and candid discussion about his memoir Patting The Shark as he explains how conventional and complementary therapies have helped him stay hit, healthy and surfing his heart out.

Join us for our fringe Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival event with Tim Baker.

Late but no less important,
Wednesday is Pelvic Power.

There is so much value in becoming familiar with your pelvic floor muscles and how they can work for you. You might be looking to reduce or stop leakage, or manage pelvic pain, or just looking to increase your general strength and capacity in your overall training program.

It’s important to practise pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your muscles and reduce the risk of incontinence and prolapse. Even if you don’t have any symptoms, these exercises may prevent problems developing in future. Like many muscles in the body, your pelvic floor muscles can be trained a...

✨World Continence Week 2021✨

This year the Continence Foundation of Australia are focusing on supporting the men in our community by improving access to bins for products in men's toilets around Australia.

Many health conditions are linked with incontinence, such as cancer, prostate problems, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, high BMI, intellectual and physical disabilities and older age.

With 1.34 million men and boys experiencing incontinence, this is no small problem.

Look after your bladder and bowels, and get that pelvic floor moving!
