We spend approximately a third of our human life sleeping.

Creativity alchemises anxiety,

This is one of the reasons I like to provide simple craft or art projects as part of my group work. It's not about being good at art.
By tapping into our creative energy,
it can transform anxious feelings into a steady flow state,
which calms, empowers and centres us.

Food is one way to cultivate energy,

The sacred, life-sustaining, replenishing element of water flows inside and all around us.

As humans, we spent our first months of life forming in the salt waters of our mother's womb.
Our bodies are mostly water. Taking care of the waters in and around us is important.

We are an extension of Mother Earth, living in synchronicity with the element of water.
By respecting and taking care of the waters of the Earth, we respect and take care of ourselves.

By tending to our own inner waters, clearing and healing them, treating them with loving kindness, we imbue the Earth with loving kindness, too 🩵
