Yesterday I hosted a Women's Circle in Busselton about dreams and how we can connect more consciously with our sleeping life to honour, love and care for ourselves.

I woke up this morning and realised that creating sacred safe spaces for healing, connection and fun, is a privilege.

The Power of Creativity & Whimsy 🧚‍♀️💫

We are powerful creator beings with the ability to transform energy, raise our vibration and create our own happiness.

We don't have to rely other on people or external circumstances to feel joy, we can cultivate it ourselves.

One way I like to do that is to create something whimsical and fun.
I made this simple crystal wreath and hung it by my window. Everytime I pass by, just looking at it makes me smile 💜

A Shamanic Practitoner is someone who dreams while they are awake.

When clients come to me with an issue or a question I say to our guides;
"Take me back to when this first started."
"Show me the root cause of this issue."
"Is there anything else we need to know?"

They will show me through images and impressions, what we need to know, learn and heal.
