Yes - I definitely walked my talk and got well out of my comfort zone this weekend by entering a surf comp when waves were heavy at Margaret River mainbreak.

Iโve been teaching yoga full-time since 1996. I studied Psychology and Human Movement at UWA and instead of becoming a Psychologist or Exercise Physiologist I ended up a yoga teacher, which combines the two professions perfectly. The yoga classes are incredibly beneficial for increasing whole body strength ( especially core areas) , improving joint flexibility/ mobility, and relaxing the nervous system. The health benefits of regular yoga practice are numerous and cumulative. The style of yoga Iโve developed is unique combining yoga, pilates and functional exercise.
