13 years of Fervor.

What began as a simple idea has taken us to some incredible places across Western Australia and beyond.

Along the way we’ve had the privilege of working with Traditional Owners, producers, communities and collaborators who have helped shape every table we’ve set.

To everyone who has joined us, supported us, cooked with us, shared stories, or pulled up a seat, thank you.

As we step into the next chapter, we’re excited to continue the journey with each of you. Over the coming months we’ll also take some time to reflect, sharing moments from the archives and revisiting the places, people and tables that have shaped the past 13 years.

All aboard the Fervor Voyage! 🌊🛥️

We'll be setting sail for an adventure of flavour and conversation with Fervor. Meeting at Albany Harbour, step aboard the Silver Star II, for an evening gliding across the Southern Ocean, before arriving at the historic Camp Quaranup.

Awaiting you is a table set above the sea, where Paul 'Yoda' Iskov (The Best Chef Award 2025 knife recipient) has crafted a five-course tasting experience inspired by his deep love of the region. Joining Paul is Andrew Hoadley of La Violetta, with wines blended from regional knowledge to accompany your evening feast.

We were honoured and humbled to receive a knife at The Best Chef Awards 2025, recently held in Milan.

This acknowledgment belongs to our whole team, whose dedication brings our vision to life day after day. It belongs to those who continue to share their deep knowledge, culture, and stories, making us feel more connected to the place we live and inspiring every experience we share. And it belongs to each of you who have supported us along our journey, however big or small.

Over two intimate evenings, we will present an immersive dining experience honouring Fremantle/Walyalup’s deep relationship with the ocean. Taking inspiration from Scale to Tail, the book co-authored with our friend, and marine scientist Jordan Goetze, this 10-course degustation will highlight sustainably sourced seafood and reflect the surrounding coastline throughout the menu.
Each dish will be paired with wines from Plantagenet, carefully selected to complement the experience. Set on the balcony of the Maritime Museum, with views across the working harbour, ships will glide quietly past as the evening unfolds.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve done many trips to the Pilbara. We love the region and the community, and look forward to journeying up that way again in just a couple of short weeks to be part of Inspire Festival 2025.

In the lead-up to the festival, we’ll be hosting two dinners by the water at Kings Lake on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 August.

Over the past few years, we’ve been fortunate to work with the incredible team at Gwoonwardu Mia through which we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Renee Turner from Wooramulla. Over time, she’s taught us so much and welcomed us as family.

Last week, the entire team were lucky enough to join her on Yinggarda Country for an experience we won’t forget.

If you’re heading that way, get in touch with Renee to experience a truly special part of this region… and if you’re visiting in the next few months, she might even introduce you to the incredible burrowing bees.
