Just move the way you’re about to move.🏋️‍♀️

If you’re squatting — do a few lighter sets first.
If you’re playing footy — hit a few short sprints, quick changes of direction, and some kicks at game pace.

That’s it.
Simple, specific, and way more effective than a 30-minute pre-game ritual.
