Did you know? Each year, 1 in 7 babies in Australia need life-saving care. For 20 years, Life’s Little Treasures Foundation (LLTF) has been there for these babies and their families every step of the way.

To celebrate their 20th anniversary, we’re supporting their flagship Walk for Prems with The Mighty Trek Challenge, an endurance journey that honours the courage, hope, and resilience of families with a prem or sick baby.

LLTF will be pushing an incubator 900km across 20 locations from Sydney to Melbourne and hosting a variety of events across Australia. Along with a virtual walk so everyone can get involved.

You don’t have to wait weeks to feel more rested. A few small changes before bed can
help you drift off faster and wake up feeling fresher.

✅Set a sleep time
Pick a bedtime that allows for 7–9 hours of rest and stick to it. Your body loves routine.

✅Dim the lights
Lowering light levels 30–60 minutes before bed signals your brain it’s time to wind down.

✅Go screen-free
Phones and laptops emit blue light that delays melatonin production. Try a book, gentle music, or stretching instead.

✅Cool your space
A cooler bedroom (around 18–20°C) helps your body’s natural sleep process.

✅Avoid heavy meals and caffeine
Skip late coffee, energy drinks, and big dinners. These can keep your body working
instead of resting.
