Chris is an accredited Diabetes Educator offering support for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
He provides education on self-management, lifestyle changes, glucose monitoring, and insulin initiation.
Working in collaboration with your GP, Chris focuses on improving patient outcomes through personalised, evidence-based care.
Referrals welcome for newly diagnosed patients, reviews, or ongoing diabetes management.
