Reiki offers deep relaxation that calms the mind and body. The nurturing effects of Reiki enables the body to begin its natural healing process. A Reiki session is usually (1) hour. The client remains fully clothed and lies on a massage table in a warm and comfortable space. During the session the focus is on restoring positive energy flow and assisting to bring your body back into balance. During the Reiki session the client may sense a warm sensation flowing throughout their body and an overall feeling of calm and harmony within. Some clients may experience emotional shifts on many levels, this is perfectly natural as well, as Reiki may assist in moving emotional blocks as well. The healing benefits of Reiki continue well after the session and the client generally leaves feeling refreshed, energized and nurtured. Reiki supports, never replaces traditional medical practices and reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions. Reiki with Light-touch healing

A little about myself I have been doing Reiki now for 11 yrs on family and friends.I received my Reiki 1 & 2 in 2008, recently I felt that I needed to do my attunement again and came across beautiful Rita who has helped open up my attunement to Reiki 1 & 2.. I am also a Social Trainer by trade helping care for Adults with a Disability , Mental Health. Caring and helping others is something that I am very passionate about, for the last 4 years I have been helping others with sharing the healing through Aromatherapy ( Le Reve ) as I became very aware there was more other natural ways that I could help my youngest Daughter with her Sensory auditory Disorder / Mild ADHD with the add of healing too.. I have gone through a lot myself suffering with Postnatal Depression and lack of confidence in myself, I have been on a soul search to help myself and my family and I am now feeling ready to share this with others through my light touch healing..
