👉They are the most staple for all Doshic type, Constitutions & Climates
👉Steamed or Boiled grains, are the easiest to digest
👉Pasta & Noodles are another way to consume Grains
👉Grain Flours tend to lose their nutritive value, whereas Grains tend to keep and maintain theirs for long periods of time.

🍞 Bread WITHOUT YEAST is easy to digest as well.

⭐Grains, Yeast & yeast Breads are incompatible with several foods 😔

👍The majority of Brain functions are based on Sugars…Hence why it is crucial for our Health & Wellbeing. 

⭐It’s a Tonic, Calmative.
Cooling & a Preservative.

🎁 Externally can be used as a paste & an astringent for Burns & Wounds.

Animal/Meat Proteins are considered 
one of the most Tamasic foods. 
👉They effect the Mind. Brings it out of balance. 
👉They Dull the Mind & Our Compassion. 

⭐It builds up tissues very quickly,
BUT,  they are of an inferior quality. 😔

⭐Furthermore, the Karmic load consumed is very High.😔

⭐By nature, they have a Heating effect, promote Acidity & Aggravate Pitta.

& minimize the amount of times you have them during tge week.

which are easier for the Body to digest.
