PATIENCE
That’s what I have been cultivating lately, together with acceptance. Two big goals for us little humans. But so important for our own wellness and care.
2 months now since I have injured myself and I am still unable to get back to my favourite activities. Yoga and surf are still on hold atm unfortunately but I am learning to take care of myself in the best way I can.
Surfing on my knees when it’s very small and adjusting my yoga practice listening to what my body can actually do.
It’s frustrating. I am feeling less fit and sometimes my mood gets affected as well. But there’s not much else to do. It’s literally just a waiting game.
So I keep practicing slowly and keep my mind busy with painting and drawings, realising that there’s many other ways to take care of my own wellness ❤️
