Here is Grace working with our exercise physiologist Rachael 👩💼
Grace joined Embrace Exercise Physiology just two months ago, and what an incredible journey it’s already been. With weekly at-home exercise sessions focused on building strength, improving balance, and easing her upper body pain, she has shown nothing but determination from day one.
Not only does Grace bring positivity to every session, she also completes her home exercise program everyday without fail! Her commitment is paying off with steady improvements in her strength, mobility, and overall confidence.
We asked Grace some questions about her experience so far
🔵 What do you enjoy most about your exercise physiology sessions?
“I enjoy physical activity and the fact that I know it’s helping me.”
🔵 What changes have you noticed since starting with embrace?
“Better sleep patterns, I feel stronger in my body, I’m walking better, and just feel I have better control of my body”
🔵 How has exercising regularly impacted your confidence or independence?
“I’m definitely more confident. I’ve noticed confidence in navigating stairs”
