Quercetin is a flavonoid naturally found in berries, grapes, cherries, onions, apples, citrus fruits, green tea, capers and red wine.
It has many benefits as listed and has been a great supplement to use to support the body through viruses!!!
At the moment it is very hard to find as sells out fast.

Let's talk about coffee...

Coffee is a daily ritual for most people and is one of the world's most popular beverages. It can actually be healthy and support your immune system as it is full of antioxidants and nutrients including riboflavin, pantothenic acid, manganese, potassium, magnesium and niacin. Studies on coffee have also shown that it can lower your risk of alzheimers, type 2 diabeties, parkinson's disease, and some types of cancer

But, make sure you consume it from certified organic beans as it is one of the most heavily sprayed crops therefore can be loaded with pesticides!! Also coffee can contain mould so preferably buy form a tested source so you're not filling yourself up with chemicals and mycotoxins.

Try to consume your cuppa before noon and be careful not to get into the habit of drinking it in excess. Signs of too much caffeine consumption... headache, insomnia, nausea, high heart rate, hypertension, jitters, panic attacks, dehydration.

If you find you are using it as a way to kick start your adrenals into gear for that get up and go in the morning book a consult today to find out other ways to support your morning routine.

Oysters are a fantastic source of zinc and B12. They also contain a high amount of vitamin D, selenium and copper and a good amount of manganese and iron. Rich in omega 3 fatty acids and minerals I would class oysters as a great superfood!!Fantastic for the immune system and overall health.
But be aware to always buy from a good clean water source as they can be high in heavy metals and other contaminants.
2 medium oysters contain approximately 8 grams of protein and full of all the nine essential amino acids.
If you have trouble eating them raw, try frying them with a little bit of oil or even better for a tasty treat try tempura oysters, YUM!!!!
