The world, or at least a decent slice of it, is in chaos. And the collective mood feels something like the maybe the house is a little bit on fire 🔥

We are feeling stressed and angry about the injustice of it all and a lot of us find ourselves engaging in online arguments with fellow humans, or mostly bots, all the while becoming more and more divided and less understood. So what can we do?

Hear me out here - imagine everyone decided to take a step back, or rather a step inwards, and regulate their own nervous system. We would have so much less angr / violence / arguing / frustration / fear / pretty much any negative emotion. Imagine these greedy world leaders took the time for more self reflection and healed their own inner wounds - huh, imagine.

We can’t force others, but we can work on ourselves. I invite you to take a moment away from the chaos of social media, and put into action some steps to nourish your nervous system. This may be a deep healing journey, or some simple daily practices. Big or small, it can make a profound change to your daily experience, and this is what changes the collective as a whole.
Truly, being a calm, regulated person in 2026 is the biggest 🖕to all thats wrong with the world today.

Here are some easy steps:
🧘 Meditation - just 10min a day is a great start
🏃♀️ Move! Exercise, stretch, just move your body.
💨 Breathe! Breathwork changes life.
🌿 Herbs - ashwaganda, passionflower, magnolia, Siberian ginseng & so many more help stabilise the adrenal & nervous system.
☕️ Tea time - allow yourself 10min for tea & reading/ journaling/ breathing. No screens, go old school.
😴 Sleep - Prioritise, prioritise, prioritise. A central pillar for your nervous system.
👯 Socialise - in real life! Friends are medicine.
🧹 Clean - a clean home/ space relaxes the soul.
📿 Spirit - pray, meditate, walk in nature - whatever it is that brings you closer to the greater power.
📺 More real life, Less screen life!
