Our hearts are so full 💛

A huge thank you to our incredible community for showing up at the Lotus fundraiser at the Billinudgel Pub. What unfolded was something truly special — a coming together of kindness, music, and genuine care for one another.

To the amazing DJs who gave their time and energy, to everyone who danced, connected, and contributed, to Mala for capturing the magic and to the beautiful team at the Billinudgel pub — thank you. The atmosphere was unforgettable, with such a strong sense of community spirit and generosity.

Every dollar raised will go directly towards supporting local people who may not otherwise be able to access private palliative care, or who need a little extra help alongside their existing home care services. This support means more families can remain at home, with comfort, dignity, and the care they deserve.

We are so proud to be part of this community — and so grateful to stand alongside you.

We’re so excited to have our resident DJ Ria back on the decks for the Lotus Fundraiser.
With her infectious smile, cheeky DJ grooves and sing-along beats, Ria brings pure joy to every set. Her energy behind the decks is guaranteed to get the dance floor moving and keep the good vibes flowing.
A regular at events & festivals around the world for 20+ years, her knowledge & understanding of music is broad and eclectic. A Northern Rivers resident since 2018, Ria has FEATURED on line-ups for Sunday Kicks, Playground, Balcony Beats, Secret Garden, Coco Republik & Barefoot Beats. In the festival realm she has played at Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Rainbow Serpent & Burning Seed for Coco Poco Loco, at Earth Frequency for The Wonky Queenslander & Love Camp – not to mention the Lotus fundraiser in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025! Ria knows exactly what it takes to get a dancefloor moving; expect anything from singalong house & disco classics to late night dance floor bombs and everything in between.

We can’t wait to boogie to Ria’s set this Saturday at our fundraiser.
And if you’re keen for a little preview, you can catch her alongside DJ Pob (who we’re also bringing back to The Shed this year) playing at Balcony Beats in Mullumbimby this Friday night.

We’re excited to welcome JaxxFae for her Shed debut at the Lotus Fundraiser. 🔥
A Northern Rivers-based DJ known for her deep, melodic sets, JaxxFae blends soul, groove and dance floor intention into every performance. With a love for melodic and deep house, her sound effortlessly moves through tech house, UKG and bass house, always delivered with an instinctive feel for the crowd.
She’s lit up dance floors across the region at Kohlective, Shed Life (supporting Combat Wombat), Massive Brisbane (supporting Skool of Thought & Stanton Warriors), Balcony Beats, Turn Up the Tav, and Wandana Brewing Co. She’s also the curator behind Bass Collective and a familiar voice on BayFM and 4ZZZ radio.
