When in doubt retreat to Mother Earth 🌿 I’m serious 🌿go hug a tree 🌿 the benefits are 👌🏻

I visited an ancient rainforest where the trees, moss, fungi, seeds, ferns and all that made up this resilient interconnected web of perfect balance was singing with happiness and fertility.

I understood that this current hype and hysteria is a bleep in the big picture, manufactured by the web of mankind.

🌿 Walking with nature put it all into perspective, what’s important and what really matters. These ancient trees have been through manny a cycle and I understood this current situation too shall pass. But for now, if you can get into nature to feel and receive and give back to Mother Earth please do. 🌿

Here’s a simple practice which van be very useful when stepping into nature to give and receive.

🌿 Start by honoring the land by song, prayer intention or presenting an offering.

💫 Imagine a reciprocal stream of energy or light nourishing her and receiving nourishment from her. Hone in on the energy of the spot.

💨 Listen to the wind, listen to her messages, listen to the sounds of water, the rustling of leaves. Listen to the micro ad macro.

🌿 Listen to the fauna and importantly listen to the knowing arising inside of you.

🌿 When you are still and internally connected to all that is, you can receive great balance and harmony.

🌿Give gratitude and let the stillness sink in.

This landscape holds so much tradition, spirit runs deep here and you can feel it strongly. As soon as my feet hit the earth here I feel the timelessness and a strong grounding - it’s like coming home. Growing up here has connected me deeply and the time has come to share on my upcoming Re-Wilding Retreat this July.
