Today is the 1st birthday of my clinic!

Last year, the previous clinic that I was part of had to relocate at short notice, and the pilates equipment did not fit at the new location. I decided to take a big leap and find a new space to share my passions of osteopathy, clinical pilates and yoga in one space.

I was very fortunate to find a beautiful, light, airy space in Byron Bay. I am in a complex surrounded by many inspiring humans sharing their passions in a variety of different industries. I have a wonderful landlord and great neighbours!

I’m very grateful to have offered osteopathy, clinical pilates, mat pilates, yoga therapy, pranayama, meditation, workshops and a full moon circle in the space.

It is a great honour to do this type of work. I sincerely care about my clients and aim to provide the most holistic care that I can. Osteopathy, Pilates and Yoga are all centred around body, mind and spirit health at their core.

It has been a huge time for so many people, going through major life experiences, births, grief, serious illnesses, chronic pain, relationship changes, financial struggles, and so much more. So much is also happening on a bigger scale in the world, and people are really feeling it all. It is my hope that this has been a space for people to relax, unwind and reconnect with their body and breath.

It has been a big journey for me, being solely responsible for all aspects of the practice and business. It really has been everything at the same time - amazing, rewarding and deeply challenging at times. I have stretched myself in many new ways. I am grateful to all the clients I have worked with over the year.

I am excited for the year ahead. I welcome some wonderful practitioners in to share my space with me, offering amazing things including: Osteopathy, Zen Tai, Ayurvedic yoga massage, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing and Mens Circles facilitated by a psychologist.

Today marks 1 month of my new clinic being open!

It has been an amazing first month and I am so grateful for how things have been so far.

I have pretty much felt like the mother of a newborn clinic in the 4th trimester adjusting to this new life. It’s been full on in a good way. Whole hearted commitment and big hours to set everything up but well worth it.

It has been really rewarding to see many of my clients making some amazing transformations in their bodies. I feel so much excitement seeing people commit to improving their holistic health and feeling the benefits!

It seems like the right day to announce the name of the clinic…

It is called REGULATE

It’s all about providing ways to help people regulate and balance the systems of the body, including the musculoskeletal, nervous and lymphatic systems.

Look forward to the next month and beyond 💗
