Step into a sanctuary of stillness and resonance at Rise Temple Retreat, Upper Burringbar for a heart-centred breathwork and sound healing day retreat. Created to help you reconnect, relax, and restore inner harmony, this sacred experience features slow breathwork, meditation, guided visualisation, and live sound healing with Taylor Sol and Amanda Jane. Taylor’s handpan, native flute, and chimes are tuned to 432 Hz, supporting deep relaxation, while Amanda’s gentle guidance nurtures your nervous system and opens your heart.

Limited to just 10 participants for an intimate, immersive experience, you’ll be supported with wireless headsets to fully tune in. Homecoming | Melbourne Sound Healing Journey ✨ Over the past weeks, many of you from Melbourne have reached out asking me to bring the music and the journey your way. I’ve listened and I am really excited to share that I’ve added one final stop… Melbourne!

This will be a nourishing 2-hour sound healing journey. A sanctuary and space to reconnect, restore, and help you remember who you truly are. Tuned to 432 Hz, the evening will blend together the handpan, flutes, drums, voice, and live looping. This will all be held in a space created for deep presence and connection to the soul.
