One cool thing about recording so much audio in nature is becoming hyper aware of all the sounds.

Being present in nature is such a beautiful and simple gift that we all deserve to give ourselves.

For me it’s a medicine, a knowledge, and the heart of coherence. Its pace soothes a busy mind.
Don’t rush, observe the little details, patterns, colours and creatures.
Try to pretend you’re a child with eyes that are viewing it all for the first time.
If you can manage that practice it is endlessly magic and rewires you to remember the true joys of life.

Spring in the Northern rivers brings phenomenal electrical storms. ⛈️

I went out recording thunder, wind and rain for Luvia and also took my camera.
This night I used a 10s shutter speed. There was so much lightning in the sky and i was able to capture a fraction of it here in these photos..
