The past four months, I have been teaching my first-ever Art Of Touch therapist training.

I have had the honour and privilege of guiding these six incredibly talented young people on their journey into professional bodywork.

Each month, we dive deep into the art of intuitive massage, learning the fundamentals of touch, presence and healing authority as professional therapists.

Step-by-step, we cover the anatomy of the entire body, learning detailed and comprehensive ways to work with each area.

We explore the most effective methods I have learned to treat chronic pains and tensions within the body.

I have given my all to these absolute legends, in the hope of empowering them to become powerful and intuitive healers in their own right.

Thank you for walking this path with me, and allowing me to guide each of you deeper into your own potential for sharing this incredible art with the world!

I'll never forget you guys as the first group of fully-qualified massage therapists to come out of my growing school! Thank you for helping my dream come true ❤️❤️

Had so much fun teaching my Art Of Touch class this Sunday night down at in Mornington! Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make it feel like a little family.

15 years ago, amidst my "nobody understands me" phase, my mum suggested I undertake a massage traineeship with her to help me survive the boredom of year 10. I thought it sounded like a great way to get out of a day of school, so I did! At the end of the year, still 15 years old, I graduated with my Certificate IV in Massage Therapy.

What I learned at that age has since seen me travelling the world, practicing and teaching this beautiful art all over the planet, working with thousands of people from all walks of life. I love it more now than I ever have!
